Corpus Christi Parish is that portion of the People of God gathered in Shiloh where all are welcome. A Eucharistic community bound together by our faith in Jesus Christ called to evangelize all ages, especially our youth and called to the healing ministry of service to the poor and marginalized. We are also called to be a voice of hope by serving with humility, mercy and faithfulness; witnessing to the goodness in every person.

That the sick and suffering find courage, strength and consulation in Christ and his Cross.

Our prayers go out to the sick of the parish especially Jeanette Boyer, John Carlson, Kim Fairbairn, Mary Grimmer, Fr Bill Hitpas, Jerome Kern, Curt Reno, Fr Carl Schrage, Fr Jim Thomas, those with cancer, and those with mental and chronic illnesses.

4th Sunday of Advent

God is known to use small and insignificant people and places-like Bethlehem-to play significant roles in building God's kingdom. We can often catch ourselves judging others, and even ourselves, as unworthy or incapable of any number of reasons: too shy, too troubled, too uneducated, too emotional, too flawed, too poor, too different. Today can be a turning point to see with God's eyes.
