Twenty - Second Sunday in Ordinary Time

True humility is born in our relationship with Christ and his love. Not to take the seat of honor, even when we think we deserve it, goes against much of what our culture celebrates. The truth of our being is that we are sinners and are also beloved. When able to hold these truths together in our heart, we become free to glorify God, inviting "the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind" to God's banquet. What are your points of pride? How might you introduce humility into these areas of your life?
