Corpus Christi Parish is that portion of the People of God gathered in Shiloh where all are welcome. A Eucharistic community bound together by our faith in Jesus Christ called to evangelize all ages, especially our youth and called to the healing ministry of service to the poor and marginalized. We are also called to be a voice of hope by serving with humility, mercy and faithfulness; witnessing to the goodness in every person.

That the sick and suffering find courage, strength and consulation in Christ and his Cross.

Our prayers go out to the sick of the parish especially Jim Ames, Jeanette Boyer, Kim Fairbairn, Joan Funk, Fr Bill Hitpas, Jerome Kern, Curt Reno, Fr Carl Schrage, Fr Jim Thomas, those with cancer, and those with mental and chronic illnesses.

The Holy Spirit drives the action of Jesus' baptism-and our own. The early disciples relied heavily on the Spirit to inspire their meetings, words, and actions. What is our relationship with the Holy Spirit? At what moments in our day could we make room for a simple prayer of invocation, like "Come, Holy Spirit"? How might our words and actions change if we invite the Holy spirit to lead?
